Here's an odd list I found on this site:
Yes, as you can see 7 people have voted and with 79.76 percent the Best character voiced by Dana Snyder is MASTER SHAKE:
Also on the list we see Gazpacho from Chowder, the wacky camelid that Dana played in Open Season 3, Shrub Attorney, Granny from Squidbillies and at number 5 is... Dana Snyder?
I had no idea Dana voiced him.
Adult Swim’s Dana Snyder and FRED’s Ken Plume set out to have a literate conversation between two pals, but inevitably devolve into a verbal, and funny, free-for-all full of bickering, infighting, and the special kind of male bonding that comes from conflict expressed through the podcast medium. This, dear friends, is the online experience!

Video: Rick Steves tours Rothenburg
On KEN P.D. SNYDECAST #110: This Man, This McNugget Dana talks about spending his honeymoon in the German town Rothenburg ob der Tauber.
The town was discussed on The Experience before in this post.
Below is a video featuring Rick Steves (who's guidebooks were praised by Dana in Ken P. D. Snydecast #168: Rising Snyde.)
Check it out and see if you are as charmed by Rothenburg ob der Tauber as Dana was:

Bean Bag Ashtrays
Remember this exchange from Ken P.D. Snydecast #91: Dad’s Vinyl Pool?
Ken: ...because that was the smoking generation.
Dana: Yeah! Yeah, absolutely. Absolutely it was.
Ken: You know I think that's almost a loss for today's kids. I don't think they'll have the kind of heavily, smoking family.
Dana: Yeah, but if they do they don't have computers and stuff, I think, because they're in the backwoods or something.
Ken: You know what else I miss? I miss bean bag ashtrays. I'm not a smoker, I never liked smoke...
Dana: Oh yeah, with the plaid.
Ken: Yes. Filled with shotgun pellets or something.
Dana: Oh sure.
Ken: I miss those. That just cried out to me 70's smoker.

a closer look: James Last
On KEN P.D. SNYDECAST #67: Sunny Side Down Dana tells us of his love of easy listening.
Dana specifically describes easy listening as "elevator music" and plays a little James Last.
James Last is a German composer and big band leader who has released such albums as Wir spielen wieder Polka, Non Stop Dancing 1977, Mambo No. 5 And Other Loved Classics and Polka Party 3.
Dana played a snippet of James Last's cover of House of the Rising Sun on the episode and Ken said it "sucked the life out of House of the Rising Sun."
Here is that song in it's entirety accompanied by odd shots of mountain climbers:

VIDEO: What's My Line?
Game Show Network still has not picked up the game show 'Who's Your Whackadoo?' (conceived on KEN P.D. SNYDECAST #98: Timothy’s Circus of Crime.)
Pity.
Well, at least YouTube is here to give us videos from the days when a game show top prize was $50.
Here are some clips from the classic game show "What's My Line?".
Usually a guest would come out and the panel would try and guess his/her occupation. They also had a mystery guest. In this case you would have the panel blindfolded and a celebrity would come out and they would ask questions to find out who he/she was.
Here is Phil Silvers in rare form:
Do you remember when Ken and Dana discussed a possible one man show where Dana would channel Emmett Kelly? Here is that beloved clown decades before they spoke of him on the Snydecast:
Walt Disney also appeared on the show. It's a fun segment. Make sure and see at 4:52 when they start talking about new additions to Disneyland:
The great Jack Benny appeared on the show. Classic deadpan humor:
Finally, here is legendary chicken fryer Colonel Harlan Sanders. He was not a mystery guest and the panel is not able to figure out who he is. Shortly after he became a household name:

Twitter: Dana's Twitter feed
Often on this blog posts come up that highlight Ken's Twitter feed... but Dana has a Twitter, too.
Dana's Twitter feed is not updated with the same zest as Ken's... but there are plenty of gems. Take a look:

Dana Snyder will be performing in three different productions at the Lyceum Theatre in Arrow Rock this summer.
First is the musical comedy Damn Yankees and it starts in just about 2 weeks!
After that is The Sound of Music from July 6-17.
Then make sure you pay your motel bill because Dana has one more show: Run For Your Wife from July 23-30.
This is a really funny play and Dana plays the freeloading neighbor, Stanley.

Be sure to check out the Lyceum Theatre website for more details.
25 Greatest Animated TV Series
Aqua Teen Hunger Force/Aqua Unit Patrol Squad was ranked #23 on the 25 Greatest Animated TV Series as ranked by the readers of Entertainment Weekly.
This puts it higher than Star Wars: Clone Wars, Magilla Gorilla, Disney's Adventures of the Gummi Bears and Hulk Hogan's Rock & Wrestling. That's pretty freakin' impressive.
Congratulations to Dana and everyone else involved in the show.
