Adult Swim’s Dana Snyder and FRED’s Ken Plume set out to have a literate conversation between two pals, but inevitably devolve into a verbal, and funny, free-for-all full of bickering, infighting, and the special kind of male bonding that comes from conflict expressed through the podcast medium. This, dear friends, is the online experience!

Happy Birthday Plumey!
Today is Ken's birthday! Go over to Twitter and wish him a happy day and buy yourself cake.
Then, sit back and eat the entire cake as you listen to a day full of A Bit of a Chat with Ken Plume.
I really like this series, here are some of my favorites:
A Bit of a Chat with Ken Plume & Mike Phirman 3
Here is the description:
"In this episode, I have another chat with one half of the musical comedy duo Hard ‘N Phirm - Mr. Mike Phirman - in a trainwreck of an episode they’ve dubbed WACKY TECHSCAPADE."
Its a weird episode that at one point Ken calls "infinity complicated." It starts off with the most entertaining technical difficulties ever. Then the discussion moves to various subjects like drinking songs, DVR ready commercials and opera.
At one point Phirm starts to apologize, but then realizes it's a free show. Ken then suggests we all donate to asitecalledfred.com so we can complain. It's a full proof scheme that will make him millions!
And then the hambone goes all the way.
A Bit of a Chat with Ken Plume & Dave Thomas
You don't get any funnier than Dave Thomas, but that isn't the only reason I like this one. Dave tells stories about his childhood that I don't think you can hear anywhere else. It's really wonderful.
This episode also makes me appreciate Ken's ability to make these conversations flow and NOT seem like an interview.
A Bit of a Chat with Ken Plume & Len Peralta
This one is stellar! Ken and Len are both very creative guys and this one is really a great one to sit back and enjoy. You may just learn something!
A Bit of a Chat with Ken Plume & Sharon Stiteler & Bill Stiteler
It's a fun episode that is described as:
I’m Ken Plume, and soon you’ll be listening to “A Bit Of A Chat” with me, Ken Plume.
In this episode, I have a chat with Birdchick Sharon Stiteler and writer/actor/director Bill Stiteler about birding, theatre, condiments, fugitive dogs, toast rooms, bees, and hair.
Early on Ken drops a bit of info that should be an entire Snydecast.... Laurel & Hardy in Spanish.
A Bit Of A Chat with Ken Plume & Ernest Borgnine
Borgnine was a legendary actor who passed away over the weekend. Ken talked to him a few years ago and he was a funny and charming as a person could be. It's a wonderful chat and a great way to remember Mr. Borgnine.
Or, go over to www.asitecalledfred.com and look for one that suits your taste the best.

Defending your life
On the newest Ken PD Snydecast Ken and Dana talk about the 1991 film Defending Your Life:
Defending Your Life is a 1991 romantic comedy-fantasy film. Albert Brooks wrote, directed and stars in the film as a man who dies and arrives in heaven to find he must stand trial to advance to the heaven bonus round or something.
It also stars Meryl Streep, Rip Torn, Lee Grant and Buck Henry. One of them plays his love interest.
Brooks plays a bloated Woody Allen.
The film is available on Amazon Prime and at your local library.

Haunted Mansion Organ
On KEN P.D. SNYDECAST #211: Menu Mules Ken asks Dana what of the Haunted Mansion he would most want in his house. Dana says the stretching room:
Ken chose the organ:
They also mention how the organ in Disneyland is the actual prop from the film 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea. The one in Florida is a replica.
